CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits: A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your service total. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date. Deposits are not returned as cash or refunded to the original payment method. Cancellations: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Your deposit will be applied toward this fee. Rescheduling: Plans change. You may reschedule up to three hours before your appointment without an additional fee. Your deposit may be transferred once. Additional rescheduling requires a new deposit. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service cost. Your deposit will be applied toward the balance. Running Late: A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the applicable missed-appointment fee will apply. Before Rebooking: All outstanding fees must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Life gets busy. If an emergency comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be offered at our discretion.
